Behavioral Medicine, PC is the only practice in the Rockford area that combines compassionate, highly skilled, licensed clinicians, 28 years of experience, with cutting edge technology all in one location. We specialize in treating people who have experienced medical and/or emotional trauma or a neurocognitive deficit including Concussion, Traumatic Brain Injury, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Headache/Migraine, Chronic Pain as well as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and many more. Using a personalized combination of Neurofeedback, Eye Movement Desentization Reprocessing, Heart Rate Variability Training, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Retraining and Counseling/Psychotherapy, we will help guide you towards emotional, cognitive, and relational improvement.

With 28 years of experience, we have seen the negative effects of Psychological and Health/Medical Diagnosis on the mind, body, spirit and relationships. Our purpose is to help reduce the negative impact of the diagnosis on the individual’s life through psychological and self-regulating therapies that rewire the mind, body, spirit for safety and connection. We believe a person has everything they need inside to heal. We have the experience, training, technology and passion to guide them to it. We are ready and available to help the individual and the intimate partner/family/caregivers around them.
